President Gorge W. Bush has assigned legislation
DECENCY BILL : President Gorge W. Bush has assigned legislation that will cost broadcaster dearly when raunchy programming exceed " the bounds of decency." The federal Communications Commission can now fine a broadcaster up to US$325,000 per incident.
